I don't have anything to wear..............a cry my poor hubby has to hear more than he probably should uttered from my wardrobe!

So I'm trying out one of my new belts today, I've really liked the high waisted look for a while but wasn't sure it was me-I think it works let me know what you think! I must also say how much I love this skirt I've had it for about 7 years (wow is it really that long?!) and I still like it as much as when I bought it.

So today I wasn't looking forward to getting dressed I hadn't planned in advance what to wear so I dawlded a while and came up with this. I'm actually pretty pleased with the result and it's definitely not a combo I've worn before which is the whole idea of this challenge. It's also the first time I've worn my top tucked in probably since I was at school! Just a shame I won't be able to wear it again for another 27 days! ;) I'm wondering if the trousers work, been 5ft 2" the style police would probably say they make me look smaller but I guess I'll let you all decide. I could always get them cut into a more flattering style when this challenge is done.

Outfit; cardigan-Gap, vest top-Zara, jeans-Gap & shoes-Steve Madden.
Accessories; earrings-Accessorize & bracelet-Links of London.

So looking at these photos I feel like I wasn't very adventurous today, I did however take more time to get ready than my normal just throw something on. I even wore some earrings something I've not done for ages and did something different with my hair. I've already learnt I need to accessorise more, I put one of my two belts on this morning but felt it didn't look right so took it off. I hope as I progress I can make more use of colours too. My hubby took the pics, I tried to get some earlier when the light was better but couldn't get any good ones. Oh and the last picture is of my lil man who just had to get in on the act too!
